Welcome to the Feelings Dojo
The Feelings Dojo is a safe space for experimenting, learning, experiencing, practicing, and connecting with your feelings.
In the Feelings Dojo there's no right or wrong way of feeling. The way that each one of us feels is unique to our being and is a discovery journey of reclaiming our connection to the energy and information that emanates from within you.
In the Feelings Dojo you will gain tools, distinctions, maps and processes that change your relationship to your feelings. In a short time you will have more possibilities to:
- Identify if you or someone else is feeling a feeling or an emotion.
- Identify what feelings you or someone else is feeling (Anger, Joy, Fear, Sadness or a mix of them).
- Hold your center and stay grounded with your feelings or witnessing someone else feeling.
- Get the information that the feelings have there for you and for others.
- Hold space and Navigate your feelings or someone else's feelings journey.
- Get your authority back, your center back, your voice back, your integrity back.
- Healing your own emotional wounds and holding space for others to heal their emotions.
Why Practice Conscious Feelings?
You have feelings: Anger, Joy, Fear and Sadness. How conscious are you about how you are using your feelings?
Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T), categorizes feelings between "good feelings" and "bad feelings". S.H.I.T also states that "we want to have good feelings" and "we want to avoid bad feelings", "feeling your feelings is showing weakness, is being dangerous, or being broken, or being insane, crazy, mad, impractical, insensitive, etc".
We have been conditioned by our society to hide your feelings, by our parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, teachers, authority figures that have shaped our life and have created the way of relating with our feelings.
Expressing conscious feelings means that you decide when you start and when you stop. Consciously practicing your feelings, aiming to Stellate them, this means to express each feelings at 100% intensity, is like turning on the switch of your being's light for the first time.
The practices at the Feelings Dojo help mature your feelings to full adult capacity.
How Does It Go?
The Feelings Dojo is a space of 2-3 hours.
There's no hierarchy, no sensei, no master, we organize in a circle.
There's a spaceholder who is trained to hold the space for feelings and for group collaboration.

Having a team to practice your feelings is essential to hold the container for being witnessed, for witnessing others, for getting the different points of reference from within and from outside you.Your team is there to support you in your evolutive discovery journey growing up in the ups and downs, they holding the space for you.Find a team that fits best for you:
FOR PARENTS
The purpose of this group is to parents to learn the skill of holding space for their children and their partners at home.
Holding Space for your Children means that they'll have a chance of staying in touch with the power of using their feelings consciously. In the Dojo we practice how to hold space for them so that they can feel their feelings without getting into emotional reactivity or their feelings being pushed down or denied.
For parents to be able to do this, they must first learn how to do this for themselves. The practices that we do in the Feelings Dojo is rapid learning and initiation into conscious feelings.

Practice First Position
First Position is the beginning of conscious feelings, the begining of taking back your power, your authority, your center, your voice, your life. All of this begins in First Position. This is your point of origin from where you have power.
The practice of First Position gets deeper and deeper the more you practice.
Get to know your Numbness Bar
The Numbness Bar is a mechanism that gets developed at very early age, including while still being in our mothers womb. The Numbness Bar blocks the person from feeling the full intensity of their feelings.
Everyone has a numbness bar. The level of your Numbness Bar determines how much you can feel your feelings, how much of your feelings you're conscious of. Is common in the world that people maintain a high numbness bar in order to survive the day to day happenings of the ordinary world.
The loud sounds of the traffic, the advertisements on the screen, the bright artificial lights, the pressure of work and school.

Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T ) states that there are good feelings and bad feelings. There's a distinction between experience and the meaning that we assign to it. When we separate meaning from experience, feelings are an absolutely neutral source of energy and information, that is up to us the meaning that we give it or how we use the energy and information.
Like primary colors, there are 4 core feelings: Anger, Joy, Fear and Sadness. Other feelings, like jealousy, greed, envy, guilt, shame, vengeance, superiority, and lack of self-esteem, are created from mixing up two or more of the core feelings.
